
PK stands for Paul Kim and Preacher's Kid (Preacher's Kids = Problem Kids). He was born and raised in the rough streets of south central Burbank, California. Burbank is Johnny Carson's hood, his earliest inspiration in comedy.
He is the founder and director of an annual Asian talent show called Kollaboration, which now in its eighth year, draws over 4,000 people in LA, Chicago, NY, and Toronto (and soon to be in Washington DC and Atlanta, Georgia). He was the host of Asian Nights at the world famous Laugh Factory in Hollywood for three years, hosted a weekly show on AM Radio with a low budget and less than 10 confirmed listeners, was a winner on the rapidly cancelled, Ed McMahon's ‘Next Big Star,' and has performed stand up comedy in over 20 universities across the United States, sometimes for free. His passion is laughing really loud with friends and making good memories. Some of his comedic inspirations: Conan O' Brien, Eddie Murphy, Brian Regan, Jerry Seinfeld, Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Cedric The Entertainer, George Lopez, Jo Koy, Dane Cook, Bobby Lee, Russell Peters, & 50 others.
He is the co-founder of LiNK, Liberty in North Korea. But Adrian is the train conductor and now he is a passenger on the train. He remains a passionate supporter of the cause.
He is a NetkAL II Alumni, Mirae Foundation board member, and he emcees and DJ's weddings every weekend to survive. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from Occidental College and graduated Magna cum Lousy.
